"From the initial visit to West End Beds showroom in East Sheen to the delivery and installation in Leicestershire, I am pleased to feedback that the advice, communication and services were fantastic.
We have now used the bed and accessories for two months and are very happy with products.

"I received delivery of a Westend Bed Company 'Classic' mattress firm tension 10 days ago and immediately I am looking forward to going to bed again.
This is after having bad back problems, that got progressively worse, with a mattress that did not give me enough support. Brilliantly Westend Bed Company facilitated exchanging that mattress for one of their own brand mattress', of which the quality and comfort is really, really good.
I have put a mattress topper on the mattress, to get the best of both worlds - a little bit of give for my hips but the support of the mattress for my back. And this seems to be working comfort wise. My sleep has improved and is deeper.

Neilan the sales chap totally understood what we wanted....i just wanted new bed but there is a whole lot more to buying a bed than buying a bed !!!
The delivery team at West End Bedding did a great job....put our new bed up ,even helped move the old bed away and left the room super tidy....
This is the fourth bed we have bought.....you can go online and buy some rubbish on the Internet ( full of promises of a perfect night's sleep or your money back ) or you can actually go and jump and down on a few different mattresses and get the right bed ! Ten out of ten..oh....and they even made us a blanked box out of the same material so it all matches!.
Even Dory our super fat fluffy ragdoll approves....

PS...no cat was harmed in the making of this feature...."

"I wanted a specific type of mattress that was available for immediate delivery. I live close to Westend and went into the shop on the off chance. A perfect Hypnos mattress was available - in the sale! - and we could try it out in the shop. I would describe the process of choosing and buying here as ‘old school’ in that we received excellent personal service from Simon, who provided every bit of information we needed, arranged and checked stock availability in the warehouse (I believe we bought the last one), arranged delivery, followed up to the right level of detail. Everything was seamless and the high quality mattress is now considered the comfiest bed in the house! All in all I could not recommend this shop, or its staff, any more highly. A great local high street shop."

"I came into the Sheen showroom on a whim and Neilan was very helpful advising me on the options and considering my budget. The mattress and topper I bought came a week early which I was glad about because by that stage I thoroughly hated my old mattress! I’m now sleeping much better with no hip or back pain at all. The only slight annoyance is that the topper needs fluffing up every day so it doesn’t sink where you’ve been lying, and it has a strong sheepy smell from the high quality wool, which I hadn’t been warned about. I think it’ll go away over time though."

My fiancée and I were looking for a new mattress for our first house; we were met by Roddy in the shop and he was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful, understood our budget and didn't try to sell us something that we didn't want or need. It was a custom size mattress so cost a bit extra but he helped us with advice on how to save some money while still having a bed that was perfect for us. He has also been very helpful offering after advice since our purchase.

Both him and Simon were also great with communication on our order and delivery.

"I had a great experience with this company. I needed to replace my mattress and initially found them due to having the largest selection of Hypnos beds on display.

During my consultation with Neilan, I received a good education on the differences between the different models and had an unrushed time trying out multiple options.

I eventually settled for one of their own brand mattresses as it was by far the most comfortable option within my budget. After having it for a few weeks, I am completely blown away by the quality of sleep.

To put that into context, I had a serious accident a few years ago where, among many other things, I broke my back. I have learned to live with pain despite trying multiple different mattresses, but I never expected to have such a good sleep every night that I can now spring out of bed into action in the mornings!

My only additional recommendation to anyone else is to ensure you pick your pillow with the mattress... It makes a big difference."

"Anyone thinking of buying a Vispring, Harrison Spinks (John Lewis, Somnus etc.), Savoir or Hastens bed, should check out Treca, Hypnos and Marshall & Stewart at Westend. My wife and I had had a bad experience with two defective Vispring beds and we must have looked at every bed on the market before finding Neilan and Brent at Westend, who couldn’t have been more helpful. We went for a Marshall & Stewart because we’ve never laid on anything more comfortable. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say that it feels like floating!"
