The Southern Enterprise Awards are hosted annually by SME News and celebrate small and medium-sized businesses across the South of England, one of the busiest business regions in the country. Categories span every sector, and winners are decided by an expert judging panel that looks at innovation, business growth, impact and customer service.

In 2026 West End Bed Company was named Best Luxury Bed Retailer.

What it means to us

We have never set out to win awards. We set out to give honest, expert advice and to make sure every customer ends up on the right bed, whether that takes one visit or five. This award recognises the same things our customers mention in their reviews: knowledgeable people, no sales pressure, and service that continues long after delivery.
