Delivery information

From our showroom to your bedroom. We handle every delivery with the same care we put into selecting your bed.

Our Delivery Service

This is not a courier dropping a box at your door. Our own delivery team carry your bed to your chosen room, fully assemble it, and remove all packaging. They take the same care with your home as they do with the product. Every delivery is a white-glove service as standard, because a bed of this quality deserves nothing less.

How It Works

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we confirm your delivery window. For made-to-order products, we keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process.

Scheduling

When your bed is ready, we call to arrange a delivery date that works for you. Monday to Friday delivery.

On the Day

Our team will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival. They will carry your new bed to the room of your choice, assemble it fully, and remove all packaging materials.

Old Bed Removal

We can remove your old bed at the time of delivery. Please let us know when scheduling so we can plan accordingly.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across London and the surrounding areas. For deliveries further afield, please contact the team to discuss your requirements.

Lead Times

Lead times vary by product. Off-the-shelf items typically deliver within 1 to 2 weeks. Made-to-order and bespoke products can take 6 to 12 weeks depending on specification. Brent's team will confirm the expected lead time when you place your order.

If There's a Delay

We believe in proactive communication. If a delay occurs, the team will contact you directly. Where appropriate, a loan bed will be offered at no charge so you are never without a proper night's sleep.

Storage

We offer free storage for up to three months if you are not ready to receive delivery (for example, if building work has overrun). After three months, a storage charge may apply. The team will confirm details at the point of purchase.

Access and Parking

For properties with restricted access (narrow staircases, tight turns, upper floors without a lift), we recommend an access check in advance. The team can advise on whether any special arrangements are needed.

If parking near your property is restricted, please let the delivery team know when scheduling so they can plan ahead.
